Our team is getting bigger, and we’re looking for a Call Center Star!

Candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Greek, must be uber-polite, calm and collected! Somebody who is sharp, and looking to make a few extra bucks!

Part Time Hours: 10:00-14:00

Salary: €5 per hour from Monday – Friday


  • Handle in-house and our-bound calls to customers
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Identify and escalate priority issues with management when needed
  • Prioritise dispatching of delivery orders
  • Accurately enter customer details and orders into POS system

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication in Greek and English

Prepare and present quality beverages according to standard recipes.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers and present beverage menu
  • Discuss beverage items, make suggestions and answer any inquiries
  • Describe current promotions and new products
  • Take customer orders accurately and with attention to detail
  • Operate coffee making equipment
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
  • Serve prepared food items
  • Record and accurately process purchases using the POS system
  • Collect and process payments from the customer including cash, credit and debit cards
  • Comply with health, safety and hygiene guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure customer service stations are well stocked
  • Maintain clean and hygienic work area
  • Dismantle and clean machinery as needed
  • Display merchandise in an attractive and functional manner
  • Monitor and order inventory
  • Stock inventory according to storage requirements
  • Complete opening and closing duties for each shift

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Experience with coffee making equipment
  • Working knowledge of all forms of coffee and standard beverage recipes
  • Basic numeracy and money-handling skills
  • Able to read and speak fluently in Greek & English
  • Able to stand for long hours
  • Able to lift and carry moderate amounts of weight

  • Cleaning, drying & storing all gastronome, pots, pans & kitchen utensils

Experience – yes, you should be passionate in all-things coffee, brewing methods and specialty drinks and have exceptional leadership, organizational and customer care skills.

What you’ll need to know: 

You need to know the following like the back of your hand! An absolute BOSS at these!

  • Operating and monitoring equipment and reporting any maintenance needs
  • Recording and accurately processing purchases using POS system
  • Preparing and serving beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards, and serving prepared food items
  • Collecting and processing payments from customers including cash, credit, and debit cards
  • Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake and preparing cash deposits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Communicating Customers’ feedback to the Store Manager e.g., new menu items recommendations
  • Supervising employees, assign duties and create a shift schedule
  • Monitoring team performance ensuring all duties are performed efficiently, whilst checking for quality and thoroughness
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Manage storage areas and put away all deliveries when they arrive
